The remaining wine is matured in old 500L neutral French oak barrels and a single 4,100L foudré (Pinotage), both old and neutral oak components.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe winemaking process remains consistent with our main Grenache noir, involving long, gentle extraction, an average use of 40% whole bunches, and pressing off. After bottling, the wine is aged in bottle for 18 months before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis full-bodied, dry red wine boasts a beautifully balanced ruby color. It exudes enticing aromas of red berries, blueberry, dark plum, blackcurrant, and notes of vanilla and oak.
