Rockford Basket Press Shiraz 2019

I had the pleasure of enjoying an extraordinary wine that truly impressed me. After decanting it for two hours, the flavors really opened up. It offered strong notes of tobacco and blackberry, beautifully complemented by oak, resulting in a medium to full body with a long finish. Overall, it was an elegant and well-balanced experience.

Another highlight was a wine with a captivating nose of oak, chocolate, and leather. On the palate, it presented a delightful array of dark red and black fruits. It felt medium-bodied with balanced tannins and acidity, making it incredibly enjoyable. The finish was superbly long, leaving you wanting more. I recommend at least an hour of decanting to truly appreciate its depth. This wine is undeniably drinkable and a joy to savor.
