1. Delivery
1.1 Delivery Charges

*Cold-chain delivery is not supported for Macau delivery
1.2 Delivery Time & Conditions
The delivery time is 2-5 business days after the order confirmation. Please note business days exclude weekends and public holidays; An SF Express tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.
Delivery schedules may be affected by social, seasonal and logistical factors. In cases where deliveries are delayed due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning being hoisted, we will make every effort to arrange delivery on the next available business day.
All stated delivery dates and times are estimates only. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. For urgent delivery requests, please contact our customer service team to discuss special arrangements.
1.3 Delivery Coverage Areas
Delivery service in Hong Kong is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
1.4 Delivery Time
Delivery will be handled by SF Express, with the following details:
- Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm (excluding public holidays).
- Courier Protocol: The courier will contact you upon arrival to confirm the delivery time.
- Tracking: An SF Express tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.
1.5 Delivery Service Restrictions
Delivery is not available to the following locations:
a. Prohibited Address Types
- Prohibited Address Types
- Restricted areas
- Outlying islands
- Hotel guest rooms (Reception is acceptable)
- Ports, marinas, and warehouses
b. Accessibility Limitations
- Premises above the 4th floor of buildings without elevator access (for deliveries of 5+ cases)
c. Unloading Constraints
- Locations lacking an authorized unloading area within 50 metres of the delivery address
1.6 Failed/Incorrect Delivery Attempts
If you fail to receive your order during the first delivery attempt or provide an inaccurate delivery address, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for subsequent attempts.
1.7 Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, our decision shall be final and binding.
2. In Store Pick-up
2.1 Collection Notification
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection at our office:

- Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm (business days) on the designated collection date.
2.2 Collection Deadline & Storage Fees
- Collect your order(s) within 5 business days of the designated date during business hours (10:00am – 6:00pm).
Late collections:
- Goods will be transferred to our warehouse.
- Storage fees (HK$20/day) will apply until collection.
- Outstanding fees must be settled before release.
2.3 Identity Verification
Required for collection:
- Email confirmation and valid identification (e.g., full name, account details).
- Applies to you or your authorized representative.
Refusal: We reserve the right to deny collection if identity verification fails, to protect your interests.
