Where do you store the wines?

We store our wines in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

Is there temperature control during the delivery?

Yes, we use SF Express Cold Chain.

What can I do if the wine I bought is corked?

In this unlikely event, we will replace it with the same bottle or refund for wines value of HK$800 or below.

Wines of HK$800+ or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.

Where is your physical store?

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer the following delivery options:

✅ FREE delivery for orders of HK$1,000 or above

✅ HK$100 delivery fee for orders below HK$1,000

How long does it take for me to receive the wines?

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

You will receive an e-mail update once we have shipped your order, a SF Express tracking number will be included.

While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays in shipping or logistics may occur. If this happens, we’ll proactively notify you and keep you updated every step of the way.

Can you deliver today or tomorrow?

Certainly, but it depends on the wines and quantity you require.

Please WhatsApp/ Call our customer service with the wines and quantities you wish to order. We can arrange for next-day delivery once confirmed. Note that there might be an extra fee if same-day/urgent delivery has to be arranged.

Do you deliver to restaurants and banquets?

Yes, we deliver to restaurants and banquets.

Simply provide us with the delivery address, contact person, and booking reference (if applicable), and we’ll arrange the delivery for you.

Do you deliver to Outlying Islands?

Yes, we deliver to locations supported by SF Express Cold Chain.

Can I pick up at your office?

Yes, simply select the pickup option at checkout. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be adjusted or canceled automatically.
