This classic Valpolicella is a historical representation of the region's red wine, not produced from dried grapes. The vineyards are mainly located in Marano and Fumane, in the classic center of Valpolicella. Harvested slightly later, the grapes are hand-picked and selected, with a style that is absolutely clean and elegant, presenting a crisp and refreshing red, with good acidity and a long, pleasing finish.
