This limited production cuvée is standard bearer for the property. It is only made when conditions for the vintage allow and unveils a pale colour with delicate bubbles, and intense stone fruit notes with empyreumatic undertones. It is especially persistent on the palate and will make a delightful pairing with gourmet dishes.
