David & Nadia Plat'bos Chenin Blanc 2020

The fourth vintage of Plat’bos Chenin Blanc, planted in decomposed granite, highlights the vineyard's distinct character. Established in 1981 and farmed since 2013, this vineyard is key to their granite-focused wines. The grapes, harvested in early February, underwent three pickings with separate fermentation and aging. Part of the Old Vine Project (OVP).

This delicate wine offers notes of cut grass, lime, and honey on the nose, with medium acidity and a smooth, evolving palate. It finishes long and saline. Although it will improve with age, it is already impressive, showcasing precise citrus lime and a hint of honey.
