Here's a nice Poulsard that doesn’t lean towards excessive acidity. It has a lovely slender body, with notes of wild strawberry on the first sip, leading into a burst of red currant. It’s a true light aperitif wine, easy to drink, but it could also make an excellent dessert wine. Delicious!
