Flinty lemon, sauerkraut, tart berry fruit, green apples and just a hint of petrol. Pure and punchy with lots of substance here. Bright acidity cuts it through before a pithy finish. Bone-dry and very pure. A little more powerful than the floral and nimble 2018, but also less demanding. A benchmark riesling from China that shows excellent varietal typicity. Try it.
