Sourced from the highest elevation block near the forest line planted in 2002, each grape cluster is meticulously hand-destemmed before spontaneous fermentation in 500L Tuscan terracotta amphorae, then aged 18 months in French oak. Only 135 cases were produced, making this highly allocated wine a collector's treasure.
