Product Description

Adrien Renoir Les 2 Terroirs Rosé Grand Cru is a vibrant, terroir‑driven Champagne Rosé with aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, rose petal, and chalk. The palate is brisk yet supple, with fine, energetic bubbles, bright acidity, and a long, saline, mineral finish—an elegant Brut that balances juicy red‑fruit charm with Grand Cru precision and cut.

Vinification & Winemaking

Crafted mainly from Grand Cru Pinot Noir, this Rosé d’assemblage blends old‑vine fruit from Verzy with a touch of Bouzy red wine for color and depth. Fermented with native yeasts in neutral oak and aged on lees to build texture, it typically spends about 11 months in barrel and ~2 years on the lees before release; some disgorgements undergo full malolactic for extra silk while remaining firmly dry in Brut style.

Vineyard

Drawn from Grand Cru sites in the Montagne de Reims—primarily Verzy (about 95%) with a Bouzy component—these chalk‑rich slopes deliver lift, salinity, and fine structure. Old vines intensify concentration and the hallmark stony, iodine‑tinged finish that defines Adrien Renoir’s Champagne Rosé.
