Artisan Winemaking
This vibrant Pinot Noir embodies its cool-climate roots with enticing aromas of wild strawberry, Bing cherry, and plum, complemented by subtle undertones of dried herb, forest floor, sweet vanilla, and baking spices. Winemaker Dana Epperson guides the Decoy program through meticulous small-lot fermentations—up to 150 individual lots each vintage—aged 10 months in 100% French oak (30% new).
