Winemaking Excellence
Hand-harvested grapes undergo cold settling for 10-24 hours, followed by fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels for 45-95 days using indigenous yeasts. The vinification includes 12-16 months aging in 2nd-4th use French oak barrels.
