Product Description
Giant Steps Sexton Vineyard Pinot Noir 2024 earned an impressive 96 points from James Suckling and 92 points from Wine Advocate, showcasing the richest and most immediate style among the 2024 single-vineyard releases. From the high north-facing Sexton vineyard in Gruyere planted in the late 1990s, this wine is incredibly perfumed with apples, rose petals, cherry, blood plum, and even a touch of kirsch. The palate is juicy and fleshy with ripe dark raspberries, blackcurrant pastilles, and plush tannins that are grippy and firm—more structural than other 2024 vintage releases.
Expressive Winemaking
100% destemmed and matured in French oak, this deep crimson ruby Pinot Noir displays ripe, meaty character with fine rigidity and immediate appeal. With 13.5% alcohol and sealed under screw cap, this wine offers exceptional drinking now with 5+ years cellaring potential.
