Rick Kinzbrunner established Giaconda Vineyard in Beechworth, Victoria, Australia, in 1982. Unlike the modern New-world wine. Traditional wine making with minimum interference is implemented. Natural yeats, minimal SO2, no filtration and only about 30 to 40% new French Oak is used. The Shiraz is elegant, complex, and smoked meat, floral, spice, and black cherry fruits with medium body.
