The aim is to express a wide spectrum of fruit flavors while ensuring seamless integration of three contrasting varietals. Old vine Mourvèdre provides savoury tannin backbone.

Dark Plum & Velvety Texture

Deep crimson with intense musky plum, dark cherry, boysenberry, and lifted floral notes. Hints of cherry clafoutis, dark chocolate, roasting meats, clover blossom, cedar, and earth. Smooth and velvety with abundant dark plummy fruits, grainy textures, roasted walnut, and mocha notes. Medium-to-full-bodied with fine gravelly tannins, bright acidity, and a minerally cadence showing plum, spice, and mocha. 14.5% alcohol. Drink now–2030.
