The palate unfurls with vibrant citrus, just-ripe apricot, greengage, and a refreshing minerality that adds mouthwatering drive and concentration. Painstakingly crafted using traditional Burgundian techniques, the wine undergoes gentle pressing followed by fermentation in French oak barrels (20% new) and 6-kilolitre cuves. After 11 months of lees aging and 100% malolactic fermentation, this white wine achieves remarkable texture and depth.
