Sourced from vineyards near Puligny and Meursault, this Bourgogne Blanc bursts with zesty citrus, crisp green apple, and flinty minerality, balanced by a subtle roundness. A whisper of oak adds depth, weaving in hints of vanilla and toasted almond without overpowering the wine’s vibrant fruit. The palate is fresh and lively, with a surprisingly long, mineral-driven finish.
Hand-harvested and carefully vinified by Sylvain Bzikot (whose family has Polish roots and generations of Burgundian expertise), this wine punches above its weight.
