Crafted only in exceptional vintages under specific conditions, this Auslese (late harvest) showcases hand-selected Riesling grapes at peak ripeness, creating a valuable wine gem with remarkable balance. The historic estate, which pioneered the Kabinett designation in 1716, produces ten to fifteen distinct Riesling wines annually from its 70-hectare vineyard on south-facing slopes overlooking the Rhine.
