Peaches, green melon and honeyed yellow flowers open the nose, evolving into ripe apple and nectarine driven by juicy acidity. A saline, mineral finish gives lasting complexity — a distinctive alternative for drinkers exploring beyond Savagnin and other rare white varieties.
