A. Lamblot Les Cochênes is a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs from a single parcel in the Montagne de Reims, planted in 1990 on sand and sandstone soils. The 2019 vintage was aged for two years in demi-muids and bottled without dosage, resulting in a Brut Nature with a lively, fine-boned profile and a penetratingly saline finish. The wine shows attractive aromas of apple, wintergreen, mint and flowers, earning 93 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. Sourced from the Chenay village with extremely limited production, this cuvée embodies Alexandre Lamblot's purist, biodynamic approach—hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and bottled unfiltered for an authentic expression of terroir
