A single-vineyard, 100% Tempranillo (Tinta del País) from the Aster estate's 70-year-old vines in Anguix, Burgos, this Ribera del Duero red undergoes malolactic fermentation entirely in new French oak, followed by 16 months of barrel maturation with weekly lees stirring for added texture.
Deep garnet in color, it delivers ripe blackberry and blackcurrant fruit alongside tobacco leaf, white pepper, nutmeg, cedar and mocha. Tempranillo's structure shows through smooth, well-integrated tannins and a long, balanced finish.
