Sunshine yellow comprises silver highlights, with fine persistence in the mousse. The taste consists of well integrated savory aromas with ripe apple and minerality, just the smallest amount of dried orange peel, biscuit and tobacco notes. And this nuance of a number of quite ripe stone fruit, very nice acidity, the hint of fresh lime peel, a nutty finish, little saline-mineral. Very animating!
