Kiedrich Klosterberg Riesling Trocken is crafted from macerated fruit, spontaneously fermented entirely in large oak vats. The wine remained unracked until bottling in late June. It is full-bodied, rich, and powerful, yet maintains elegance and balance on the palate. This Riesling is relatively smooth and saline, with a long, crystalline finish, fine tannin grip, and aromatic complexity. It has a stated alcohol content of 13%.
