From a climat bordering Genevrières and Bouchères, this Premier Cru marries intensity with finesse. The 2022 vintage bursts with gunpowder, orange peel, white flowers, and crushed rocks, amplified by a rich, textured palate and saline finish. Organic farming and low yields concentrate its opulent stone-fruit character. Best after 2028, though decanting (45 minutes) unlocks its youth. Pair with garlic-butter escargots or veal.
