The 2022 reveals a bouquet of fresh almonds, pear, acacia, and citrus, underpinned by a succulent acidity that balances its dense texture. Aged in 350L barrels, it offers immediate appeal when decanted (35 minutes) but will evolve gracefully until 2034. Pair with roast poultry, lobster, or aged Gruyère.
