Vouvray benchmark

Founded in 1928 by Victor Huet and his son Gaston, Domaine Huet is the benchmark producer in Vouvray being the only white Loire producer that has headlined a Christie’s auction in London. They have 30 hectares of Chenin Blanc planted in three single vineyards farmed biodynamically: Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont and Clos du Borg with varying levels of sweetness from dry to sweet with the aid of noble rot to make the wonderfully sweet dessert wines that can rival d’Yquem. The wines are all certified biodynamic by Biodyvin.
