Domaine Joliet

Nestled in the renowned Côte d’Or, Clos de la Perrière in Fixin (just north of Gevrey-Chambertin) is one of Burgundy’s most prestigious vineyards, originally cultivated by Cîteaux monks in the 12th century. Acquired by the Joliet family in 1853, this exceptional estate is now led by 6th-generation winemaker Bénigne Joliet, who has embraced organic farming, reduced yields, and refined winemaking techniques to highlight the terroir. Since the 2009 vintage, the wines undergo 24 months of barrel aging, split evenly between one- and two-year-old oak, ensuring depth and elegance. Explore this historic Burgundy gem, where tradition meets modern precision.
