Product Description
Established nearly 30 years ago, Vincent Bouzereau has built an 18-hectare estate across the finest Côte de Beaune villages, with his Chassagne-Montrachet sourced from parcels on the appellation's signature limestone and clay soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented in French oak with indigenous yeasts, preserving the terroir's natural character and complexity.
Elegant, Mineral & Beautifully Layered
This wine opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus blossom, and toasted hazelnut, leading to a palate of vibrant minerality, fresh butter, ripe orchard fruit, and toasted brioche. Structured yet graceful, the finish is long, saline, and deeply satisfying - a benchmark Vincent Bouzereau Chassagne-Montrachet for lovers of precision-driven Chardonnay. Drink 2026–2032.
