Product Description
Founded in 1978 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn as Napa Valley merlot pioneers, this blend (85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc) ages 15 months in French oak, 40% new and 60% neutral.
The nose opens with alluring floral notes and dark red berries, joined by black cherry, plum and spice. The palate is supple and polished, showing seamless fruit-tannin integration, closing on a long, vibrant finish.
