An exclusive wine dinner, showcasing the highly acclaimed Chinese winery, Domaine Muxin from the breathtaking high-altitude region of Shangri-La, Yunnan. We will be Tasting 4 cuvées from Domaine Muxin with the company of winemaker Mr. Mu Chao, expertly paired with Chinese fine dinning menu. We are also honoured to have Mr. Mu Chao, Founder & Chief Winemaker, as our guest speaker for the evening.
Mr. Mu Chao is one of China's most celebrated and influential winemakers. A graduate of the prestigious IUVV (Institut Universitaire de la Vigne et du Vin) in Burgundy, France, and holder of the French National Winemaker Diploma, he honed his craft at some of the world's most iconic estates, including Clos de Tart (Burgundy), Jean-Louis Chave (Rhône), and Vérité (California).

About Domaine Muxin:
Founded in 2020 by visionary winemaker Mu Chao, Domaine Muxin is nestled in the heart of the Three Parallel Rivers UNESCO World Heritage site, at elevations ranging from 2,200 to 2,700 meters. This extreme high-altitude terroir, combined with the unique microclimates of the Lancang River Valley, creates wines of extraordinary purity, elegance, and complexity. The estate's vineyards, spanning over 20 small, discrete plots across a 50-kilometer stretch, are farmed with meticulous care, embodying the philosophy of 'less is more'—prioritizing native yeast fermentation, gentle extraction, and minimal intervention in the cellar.
