Minimum 24 months of lees aging, the Feudi di San Gregorio NV Metodo Classico Dubl Edition II Brut offers easy-drinking appeal with fresh layers of lemon rind, white peach and honeydew melon. This sparkling wine offers tight and firm beading over a fresh, mid-weight mouthfeel. Some 30,000 bottles were made. The blend once consisted of Greco and Falanghina, but the Falanghina is now replaced by Aglianico. Drink from 2023 - 2027. Reviewed by Monica Larner in December 2023.
