Product Description
This wine is sourced from 50-year-old vines in Brochon, situated between the villages of Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin, specifically in an area known as Queue de Hareng. The soil in this 0.5-hectare (approx. 1.25 acres) plot consists of hard limestone pebbles set in a silty matrix, imparting a beautiful firm texture to the grapes.
The result is a wine with a powerful and robust structure. The fruity expressiveness typical of Pinot Noir is seamlessly integrated with smooth, high-quality tannins, while a pronounced minerality lingers on the finish.
