The palate is expansive and complex, super textured and full bodied, with the succulent chew of roast apricot patisserie, saffron cream, notes of orange zest, cardamom, wild mint and all focussed by raw terroir character of maritime salinity. The finish is spicy but bright with classic chalk acid line, old vine depth with wave and wave of seamless golden joy.
