On the palate, it is fresh and bright, showcasing savory notes with subtle hints of ripe red plum skins and orange pith. Juicy acidity leads to a weighty mouthfeel, while dried herbs and cellar must precede an Earl Grey-like tannic presence, culminating in a long, dry finish.
