Product Description
This sparkling wine, composed of 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 30% Pinot Noir, features 95% 2017 vintage with 5% reserve wines. After 4 years on the lees, it offers rich and creamy textures with very fine bubbles. Aromas of burnt toast and yeast are complemented by citrus and green apple. The palate reveals flavors of lime curd, baked apple, poached pear, crème anglaise, buttery pastry, and cinnamon cream, with a chalky finish. Medium to light in body, it is well-balanced with a nutty character and persistent, crisp acidity, making it very satisfying.
