Product Description

This organic Champagne, composed of 50% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Chardonnay, is based on the 2014 vintage and was disgorged in August 2022. It presents a clear, medium-plus intensity color with aromas of peach, red apple, lemon, delicate raspberry, rooibos tea, garden lovage, brioche, and almond. The palate is dry (extra brut, 3 g/L RS), with medium-plus acidity, medium body, and a creamy mousse. Flavors of toasted almond, mushroom, lemon, apple, and pear add complexity, leading to a medium-plus finish. With 12.5% alcohol, this Champagne showcases very good quality.
