Organically farmed, whole-cluster Pinot Noir, zero sulphur during vinification, aged 18 months in French oak before bottling.
Deep heady purple, the nose opens with spice, dark cherry, kirsch and cream — powerful yet restrained. The palate is dense and concentrated — dark fruit, taut muscularity, perfectly structured tannins and a beautifully long, noble finish. Cellar through 2035+ for full Vougeot expression at its absolute peak.
