This natural wine, low-sulfur wine, fresh and light summer white wine. Josmeyer natural wine is indeed one of the best wines in Alsace. The aroma is delicate, with a faint white peach flavor on the aroma of white flowers and apple flowers. The taste is fresh, soft and very soft. We found that the taste of fruit has a fleshy side. The aftertaste is hard and the acidity is very good. A truly pleasant wine, versatile and suitable for a variety of foods, including light salads, spicy dishes, barbecued fish and light cheese.
