This exceptional blend combines Abouriou (a rare local variety), Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards cultivated under organic and biodynamic practices on distinctive Pyrenean pebble terroir. The estate has expanded from 4 to 8 hectares since 2020, producing wines without artifice that authentically express Southwest French terroirs. This cuvée reveals Antoine's oenology expertise gained at renowned biodynamic Domaine Achillée in Alsace.

The 2021 vintage displays deep coloration with intense, elegant aromas of ripe black fruits, pomegranate, red and black fruits, and floral notes with warm spices like pepper and cinnamon. Fresh on attack with beautiful frankness, the palate combines power and refinement through a velvety, complex texture.
