Product Description
This wine is sourced from the estate's finest Cabernet Franc vines, which are cultivated in two plots on the plain and hillside. It is aged in wood, with 25% being new barrels. The result is a pure, concentrated yet elegant Cabernet Franc made from organically farmed vines averaging 45 years old. The hallmark qualities of Pichard & Jourdan wines are their perfume and fruit purity.
This vintage is another fantastic example, reminiscent of the vibrant 2015. It features a juicy, mouthwatering structure with notes of rose petals, red clay, and vibrant strawberry and black cherry fruit. With beautiful intensity, elegant aromas, a silky texture, and jammy fruit, it’s truly exceptional.
