Product Description
Blended from 92% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru Chouilly vineyards and 8% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru Bisseuil, this rosé captures the distinctive character of Champagne's chalky Côte des Blancs alongside clay-limestone terroirs that deliver both elegance and depth.
Artisanal Magnum Aging & Oak Complexity
What sets this wine apart is A.R. Lenoble's revolutionary approach to reserve wine preservation: partial aging in corked magnum bottles, an ideal format that maintains perfect liquid-oxygen balance to preserve exceptional freshness and aromatic purity while developing complexity. The final blend incorporates 40% perpetual reserve wines—including 20% fermented in oak barrels and vats—delivering remarkable depth, followed by 5 years of cellar aging before disgorgement, ensuring all components exceed five years old.
Refined Elegance & Gastronomic Versatility
The result is a delicate salmon-pink Champagne with fine, persistent bubbles offering complex aromatics of strawberry, raspberry, cherry blossom, brioche, and almond, layered with subtle minerality. The palate reveals fresh red-berry acidity balanced by creamy texture and chalky minerality, with flavors evolving through pomegranate, blood orange, and toasted hazelnut toward a crisp, dry finish. At just 3g/l dosage (Extra Brut), this beautifully composed Lenoble pairs superbly with salmon, duck, soft cheeses, or stands proud as an elegant aperitif.
