Product Description
Founded by Aurélie Parla and Julien Maublanc, this certified biodynamic Jura wine estate hand-harvests 20-year-old Chardonnay from red marl in Grozon. Direct-pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged 2 years non-oxidatively — 75% in 400L barrels and 25% in terracotta amphorae.
- Nose: Yellow fruit, white flowers, citrus, and crushed almond — elegant, fresh, and hauntingly pure
- Palate: Precise and clean — crisp green apple, lemon peel, salivating tension, and beautiful mineral purity
- Finish: Long, refreshing, and saline — bright acidity and gentle almond bitterness
