HVE-certified Marine Descombe harvests 55-year-old Chardonnay from a single-hectare chablis premier cru Beauroy plot on steep Kimmeridgian slopes. Pneumatically pressed, fermented in stainless steel, then aged 6+ months on fine lees — no oak, no fining.

- Palate: Round and concentrated — roasted pineapple, lemon, quince, and vibrant Kimmeridgian chalk minerality
