The 'P' in 'P' Nivole stands for primo - the first-harvested grapes from Michele Chiarlo's best-exposed Canelli vineyards, where 50-year-old vines on rare Astian sand, limestone, and clay yield a more aromatic, flavour-packed moscato. Hand-picked at peak fragrance, they are gently whole-bunch pressed and slowly fermented in temperature-controlled autoclaves, locking in natural effervescence.
Fragrant, Creamy & Beautifully Balanced
At just 5% alcohol, bright golden yellow in the glass, it bursts with elderflower, mango, passion fruit, lime zest, and ripe peach. The palate is creamy and lightly sparkling with a stoney minerality, balanced sweetness, and a crisp, lingering finish.
