From vines rooted in the limestone soils of Marsannay, Rene Bouvier's 2020 Bourgogne Chardonnay is a refined, character-driven white from one of Burgundy's most respected domaines. The 2020 vintage - warm, generous, and precise - shines here, delivering a vibrant nose of ripe citrus, white flowers, and a whisper of butter and salt, with a lively, mineral-driven palate of lemon confit, subtle spice, and fresh oak.
Aged in a mix of 600-litre barrels and stainless steel for texture and freshness, it finishes clean, long, and mouthwatering. Exceptional with roasted chicken, grilled fish, or soft cheese. Drink now through 2028.
