Parés Baltà's Satèl.lit is one of the most distinctive white wines in the estate's portfolio - and one of the rarest expressions of Carignan Blanc in all of Penedès. Earning 94 points from Wine Anorak, this single-variety cava-region white is fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 7 months across 500-litre barrels and glass demijohns, striking a beautiful balance between texture and freshness.
Full yellow in the glass, it opens with concentrated pear, ripe peach, roasted sweet potato, dried mango, and beeswax, with vibrant lemony acidity and a saline mineral finish. Lively, refined, and remarkably original — this is Parés Baltà at its most adventurous. Drink now through 2028.
