An exceptional Barbaresco Riserva that distinctly does not lean towards Sangiovese. It opens with somewhat old and musty aromas of leather, truffle, red and black cherries, as well as hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, cedar, and oak. Earthy and mocha undertones add depth. On the palate, it is juicy, complex, elegant, and well-balanced, showcasing all the aforementioned flavors. It has high tannins, acidity, intensity, and alcohol, with a lingering finish and a medium-plus body. This wine is remarkable and shows immense potential—truly extraordinary!
