Crafted from 100% Moscato Bianco Canelli grapes grown in Castiglione Tinella at 500m elevation, this limited release showcases straw-yellow color with fine perlage and greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals intense sage, peach, and tropical fruit aromas, while the palate delivers concentrated, savory persistence balanced by bright acidity. Autoclave fermentation and cold bottling preserve the wine's signature freshness and floral character.
