This prestige vintage Rosé Champagne blends 62% Pinot Noir from Grands Crus Verzenay, Aÿ, and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ with 38% Chardonnay from Chouilly, enriched by just 5% still red wine from the legendary Côte aux Enfants vineyard.

Oak-Aged Complexity & Silky Elegance

All base wines undergo oak barrel fermentation—a Bollinger signature—contributing remarkable depth and structure, then aged on lees before disgorgement in July 2023 with 7g/l dosage.

Expect pale salmon-pink hues with aromatic layers of crushed strawberries, blood orange, apricot tart, red apples, and spicy notes of thyme and rosemary.
